1. The Contract Between Us

At Euston World, we believe in transparency and clarity. Before we can accept your order, we need to receive full payment for the goods you’ve selected. Once we receive your payment, we’ll promptly confirm your order by sending a confirmation email to the address you provided. This confirmation signifies that your order has been accepted and that a legally binding contract between us has come into existence.

2. Our Right to Refuse Your Order

At Euston World, we always strive to meet your expectations, but we do reserve the right to refuse your order for various reasons. This may happen whether or not payment has already been made. If we find it necessary to refuse your order, rest assured that any payment received from you will be refunded in full. We will notify you of our decision by email and ensure that any payment made is returned to you as quickly as possible—within 30 days at the latest. Please understand that while we do our best to avoid disappointment, we won’t be able to offer additional compensation beyond the refund.

3. Your Right to Cancel

We want you to feel confident in your decision to shop with Euston World. You have the right to cancel your contract with us for any reason within 14 working days from the day after you place your order. There’s no need to provide a reason, and you won’t incur any penalties for canceling.

To cancel, simply notify us in writing. If you’ve already received the goods, please return them to our contact address at your own cost and risk. Since all our items are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if they are faulty or if there has been an error in delivery.
