Sampling

At Euston World, we understand that creating samples is an important part of the process. Because producing a sample requires the same time, effort, and resources as a bulk order, we charge double the regular price for samples. This covers the cost of materials, pattern making, cutting, designing, and the higher labor costs involved. However, if you place a bulk order after approving the samples and providing the necessary payment, we’ll happily adjust the sample charges to match the normal rates.

Order Placement Guidelines

To ensure your order is processed quickly and smoothly, we ask that you send all order details in a single email. We don’t accept scattered information sent through multiple emails or chats, as this can lead to confusion and delays.

Please follow these guidelines to help us serve you better:

  1. Provide a clear list of names, numbers, and sizes of clothing in an easy-to-read format like an Excel sheet.

  2. Send high-resolution files or pictures of labels, tags, logos, etc., in formats like JPEG, PDF, or CDR.

  3. Include clear instructions in a separate document with numbered or bulleted points, detailing things like logo sizes, color combinations, sleeve styles, collar types, and any other specific requests.

  4. Once your order is finalized and production has begun, we discourage any changes or alterations, as this can extend the turnaround time and increase production costs.

  5. We have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 pieces per design, color, or style.

  6. After receiving all final details and your advance payment, we’ll start designing your order according to our agreed-upon schedule. We’ll also seek your approval of the designs before moving on to the cutting and stitching process.

Designing the Product

Our talented design team at Euston World is here to help bring your vision to life. Whether you need to reproduce an existing logo or create something entirely new, we’ll work with you from concept to completion. We offer a wide range of designs in various styles, shapes, and sizes to suit any project.

  • Artwork should be saved as CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI, or PNG files.
  • Vector artwork created in Illustrator should be saved as EPS or AI files.
  • Photoshop files should be saved as PSD or PNG, preferably in layers.
  • Convert all fonts to ‘Outline’ format to avoid the need to send font files.
  • Specify all Pantone colors to ensure accurate printing. If you have a color copy of your artwork, please send it to us for matching. PMS colors can also be listed on the color comp.

Turnaround Time

Typically, we aim to deliver orders within 3 to 4 weeks, excluding delivery time. However, the actual turnaround time depends largely on you. The faster you provide us with the necessary information and payments, the quicker we can process your order. Paying promptly helps us move your order along faster.

About Delivery

All custom orders at Euston World are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order early. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order details and approval.

Delivery charges vary depending on the courier service, package weight, and delivery speed. We offer various delivery options, including DHL, FedEx, Skynet, and Air-cargo, and will choose the best option based on your needs. Please note that delivery times may be postponed unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing. We’ll ship completed orders once the full payment has been received.

Order Alterations and Add-Ons

If you need to make changes to your order after it’s been sent to production, just contact our customer service team. They’ll help you with any necessary adjustments, though please note that this may slow down the manufacturing process. If you want to reorder items, please inform the team and provide all the necessary information at once. For additional orders of previously made jerseys, the minimum quantity is 10 pieces.

Extra Sizing and Small Shipping

For jerseys larger than XL, we charge an additional $1 to $5 per piece (up to 7XL) due to the extra fabric, stitching, printing, and shipping weight involved. Small shipping orders can be costly, so we recommend shipping at least 20 kg to get a better rate. Smaller orders may be quoted at a higher price.

Refunds

If you cancel or refuse your order after we’ve received your deposit, you will forfeit the 50% deposit and be billed for the remaining 50%. All goods remain the property of Euston World until paid in full.

If the artwork process has begun but manufacturing hasn’t been completed, any deposit paid will not be refunded. However, in some cases, we may offer the option to change the design.

Mistakes & Repairs

At Euston World, we know that custom clothing production is a complex process with many steps. While we strive for perfection, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive something that isn’t what you approved or if there’s a color, print, or manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately. If we made an error, we’ll work quickly to remake or repair your order. However, if the mistake was due to incorrect information provided by you, we can’t take responsibility, but we’ll do our best to find a solution that gets you back on track as soon as possible.
